Successful candidates must have a minimum of 8 years experience in non-residential facilities and be able to coordinate multiple projects in all phases of development. Candidates must have experience with AutoCAD 2005, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and have the ability to build relationships with clients as well as team members. Candidates shall also possess thorough knowledge of a variety of construction materials, systems and the construction document process including specifications and construction administration. Knowledge of local planning, zoning and building codes required.
Successful candidates must possess an Architectural degree, professional registration, and experience with AutoCAD 2005. Candidates shall also possess experience in leading technical staff in the production of construction documents, scheduling project tasks, coordinating consultants, analyzing budgets, reviewing shop drawings.
Seeking applicants with the following minimum requirements: Architectural degree, one year of non-residential facility experience, and working experience with AutoCAD 2009.
